08:30｜宜蘭車站集合出發 集合後由專車前往枕頭山休閒農業區，行前提供當日流程與注意事項說明。
09:00｜淇珍御果友善金棗園採果體驗 介紹金棗栽培、產季與友善農法，並進行當季採果活動。
10:00｜枕頭山步道—望龍埤生態導覽 沿途認識湖域景觀、濕地植物與周邊生態系統。
11:00｜豬籠寨窯烤 PIZZA 手作體驗 體驗麵糰處理、備料與烘烤流程，品嚐在地食材風味。
